Price and availability is subject to change without notice. You will of course be provided current prices at the time you place your order.
Any item not in stock at the time your order is received will be backordered. This means that all available items will be shipped right away, while the currently unavailable items will be sent to you once available. You will receive an email giving you the
choice of canceling the item, or waiting until the backordered item is available. You will only be billed for items once they are shipped to you.
If you specify a color, or product that is not in stock when we receive your order, you will receive an email giving you the choice of selecting a different color or product, or waiting until your chosen color or product is available.

If an item does not meet your expectations once you receive your order, no problem! It may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days.
- The item must be clean, unused and otherwise in the same condition as it was sent.
- It must include all original tags, packaging, and instructions.
- It must include a copy of the original itemized sales receipt.
- Delivery costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable, unless goods received are found to be faulty, or the product has been substantially misrepresented in our advertising and/or our correspondence.
Gemtex Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Magnet EZe do offer compensation for delivery costs incurred in returning products. We offer a compensatory 10% Discount Voucher for goods purchased and returned within Australia and a compensatory 20% Discount Voucher for goods purchased
from outside Australia. The Discount Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is transferable. This policy is to ensure confidence in purchasing from Gemtex Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Magnet-EZe over the Internet and provide a pleasurable online trading
experience.
